During Setup, the application needs to use one of the Easy-PC program modules to verify your product key code. This module depends on the presence of some Microsoft runtime libraries - these are usually automatically installed by Setup as a prerequisite, but on a small number of systems this doesn't happen.

The solution is to download and run the "C/C++ Runtime Files" from our Tools page and then try running Setup again. Use VS2017 runtime for versions from V22 inclusive and VS2010 runtime for all earlier versions.
