I have a really weird copper pour error which only occurs when I route 2 particular nets (D3 & D7 on a 16 bit bus), if I don't route them the copper pour is fine, if I route either one of them the copper flows over the nets for D0-D7. The nets are short, just going from a buffer to a 100pin QFP. DRC does detect the error as that is what showed it up.
I've deleted the pour area and recreated it, deleted the 2 nets in the schematic, forwarded changes, remade the connections and forwarded again, all to no avail.
I've reported it to support but wondered if anyone here could shed some light while I await an answer.
Try altering the pour line thickness ..... Maybe set to 5 thou or even 1 thou. I get this kind of fault sometimes but usually solve it by fiddling with the pour settings.

Thanks Iain that was exactly the fix support gave me, I was using 5 thou but setting it to pretty much anything else sorted it.
To answer edrees the Copper pour was the ground plane. .
