 Two layers missing in plotting list

I seem to have lost two layers in the gerber plotting list since upgrading.

Layer are present in pcb design.

How do I add these layers to the gerber plot list?

Try OUTPUT=> Plotting & Printing =>New Job. This should pick up all active layers in the design.
