Hi. I'm running V13 and have noticed that on some projects on the 'Pour Copper' dialogue : The 'Thermals on Vias' tick box has three states through which it cycles :

clear - simple enough
tick - simple enough
'filled square' - what's that ?

I'm revisiting these projects and the 'square' option is set but I don't know what it means.
Input apprecciated as I don't want to introduce errors into these designs whilst implementing a few minor changes.
Thanks

Not sure ..... but I think it means some have thermals and some don't. I seem to remember on a 4 layer I did I had no vias on the inner layer pours, but thermals on the vias on the outer layers.

That could be it - not proved it fully but it seems to reflect the current state of vias. eg I have thermals on some and not on others by design.
I not sure what actually happens when I clear/repour copper with that state of the tick box but it seems to cause an issue where nets are stated to be unconnected in the Design Rules Check Report and odd connections are introduced on the net.
It should really be clear or ticked I guess. I'm still using V13 so maybe it's been changed in more up to date software.
