We have several Easy PC users here, and use a common folder on the network so we can share our common part libraries.
But EasyPC seems to only allow 1 PC at a time to modify components in these libraries.
We can work around this limitation by asking the others users to close their copies of EasyPC for a period, although it is usually an inconvenience to all.
The biggest issue is that you get no warning or indication that there is a problem saving any component changes. Frequently we spend a while crafting a component, save it to the library, then come back later and find nothing has been saved.
I am familiar with this problem. Five years ago I worked for a company and they had a cad system called Integra Station. Integra Station has the same problem. We solved this problem by authorizing only one user to change the libraries over the network. This leads to the problem of dissatisfied colleagues.
