It is easy to create a circuit 'component' as a 'T' shape for a rail.
This component has no significance in the schematic but can be used to end a net from a component pin (eg Pin 14 on a DIL logic IC).
The net is then named as required (eg Vcc).
The same symbol can be used for any rail. It is the net that is recognised by Easy-PC.
I would recommend that you 'display net name' and move the name text to be near the symbol.

The same mechanism can be used with other dummy symbols such as earth, off sheet links etc (rotate the symbol 180 deg for neg rails).

Inside the Schema.cml library there is a range of supply and gnd symbols for this type of use.
