I remember reading this on the forum before but my searching has been unsuccessful.

Is it possible to show net names for a component pin? I have several connectors and would like to have the net name displayed.
The alternative is 30 items of free text. But this is duplicating my effort and prone to errors and more importantly the text isn't fixed to the connector.
Thanks
Al

Simply connect a small stub to each connection and in the properties select "display net name" ....

The option "display net name" for tracks (stubs) isn't available either.
Am I doing something stupid?

I'm talking about PCB layout (V14.0.1)
I have 10 connectors and I was wanting to show the net name adjacent to the pins on the silk screen layer. If this isn't possible I'll have to use free text but that's not ideal.

Ahh .. Sorry misunderstood !.

No... as far as I am aware there is no way of doing this ...

Your free text on the silk-screen layer is the way to go.

Also could we have a global 'show net names' with net names at each node or middle of net or maybe another column in the technology file nets option.
