Version 13.0.5. Plotting to Laser printer gives unrecoverable error after plotting two outputs. This is repeatable and annoying when trying to plot a set of artworks (eg several layers, dimensions, silks screens etc). The plots themselves are OK but requires setting all options again for each pair of plots. No previous problems up to version 13.0.5. |

This isn't a known problem. Things to check are whether it only happens with one design, whether it only happens with one printer, whether closing all other applications, including unnecessary background apps, has any effect.
Defining the scope of a problem can make the difference between it being reproducible or not (and if you can't make it happen, you can't fix it!) |

Further monitoring of this problem (still here on 13.0.7) shows that it tends to happen if generating plots for several PCB one after the other. It gradually gets worse even after restarting Easy-PC. It seems to clear if I reboot the PC and then starts to get worse again. It occurs on old and new layouts (an extreme case including a Easy-PC original 93 pound DOS created layout and a new 13.0.7 layout in the same batch). Platform is Vista Ultimate on AMD Turion in an HP laptop. Printer is Brother HL-2030 laser. |

Sorry for the slow response. Try running Easy-PC up by right clicking and using 'Run as Administrator', then trying again. No-one else has reported this issue, so I'm wondering if it's a local issue with your Vista.
If this cures it, then it should remain cured in normal mode. |

V14.1 I have had on occasion an unrecoverable error when creating a pcb symbol and printing to a Dell Laser Printer 1720dn. This has happened on different designs. An unrecoverable error occurs when producing schematics PDF's with a following PDF PCB image. In the above the schematic plotting output can sometimes have the PCB's gerber information included in the schematics plotting display even after the PCB file has been closed. I now only have one item loaded when printing or producing PDF's.
