I have a PCB design I am trying to copper pour. If my pour area is the same as the board then the pour fails in that it fills in a few islands between tracks and components but misses all the large areas around the edges of the board.

If I make the pour area smaller so it covers about 80% of the board then the coppper pour works as you would expect, appart from not doing all the board.

What can be confusing the coppper pour ?

The copper pour on the bottom layer works fine.

It's most likely due to something very specific with some of the tracks or other items in your design. I suggest you mail the design file to our support team (support at numberone.com) and we'll take a closer look.

This will happen to me a lot as well. To get it to work I will change the shape of the pour area just a bit.
