All this weekend I tried to get onto the Numberone website to find it apparently had been hi-jacked by a completely different sit with exactly the same URL !!!.

How do these things happen ???

Iain, I had the same problem too. Even tried manually tryping in the URL (rather than clicking on links which are easier to hijack). Amazing stuff!

The thing was it looked like a proper website !!! and it was branded as Numberone ......

We had some issues with DNS settings over the weekend which meant that all attempts to reach the site simply ended up at a default placeholder page instead. All should be resolved now.
