Not at present. Before we could even think about that, we'll have to increase the available space on the server. That's being considered, but in areas like this, we tend to make haste slowly.
I can confirm that a data exchange area is definitely on the wish list. It's unlikely to be a forum, however. The format is much more likely to resemble an FTP site.
It would be good to have an area on your server for users to share libraries (similar to those used by a competitor that uses a big bird name). For example, I am using Silabs microcontrollers and have had to create schematic, footprint and component designs. I shall shortly be starting a Luminary Micro design and will have to create a library for that too - it might save precious time if we could share these designs.
