 Selecting - Editing Bottom Layer Tracks

How do I select tracks on other than top layer to edit? When i click on the bottom layer tracks I cannot select them.

Check that the bottom layer (using [View], [Display]) is set so that it is selectable as well as visible. If it is, try holding down <Alt> during selection (two clicks may be needed), or use the <N>ext key. If all else fails, disable either visibility or selection of the top layer.
