It's a random corruption of the registry with no obvious cause.
It's easy to fix. Please go to [Settings], [Customise], and on the 'Toolbars' tab, click on [Reset All]. That will take immediate effect. If you've customised the toolbars, you'll have to reinstate this, but most users don't so it's a simple fix.
You might also like to consider going to [Help], [Support] and opening [configuration Files]. This lets you backup all your registry settings to a file which you can restore later (even on a different machine if it's being replaced) so you've got a restore point. Press <F1> when in the dialogue for more details. |
