. . .I need to make a PCB for an old Wharfedale Linton Amplifier that consists of nineteen 0.15" (3.81 mm) edge connection pads, pads 7 and 14 are replaced by a keyway slot in the PCB midway between pads 6 and 8 and 13 and 15, how do I make sure the keyway (which I measured from an old PCB as 38 mil wide) is equally positioned between the pads please?

You could set a temporary origin at pad6 and set the grid to half the edge connector pad pitch?
