Wonder if anyone has come across this issue before?
I'd like to have fat, normal & thin lines (wires) on my schematic. I'd also like the solder blobs (junctions) to vary in size depending on what size lines they join, but I can only find one [junctions] setting which is applied to all line sizes regardless of its style.
This means that my thin lines will have big solder blobs on them or my fat lines will have small solder blobs on them! I can't seem to change the "style" of individual solder blobs, only their default size.
It seems like a lot of work, but you could create two schematic only components as medium and large junction circles. Then all you need to do is place them over the appropriate junctions when your schematic is finished. They'll appear on the parts list but won't be translated to the PCB.

You are correct that the style used for an individual junction point (tie dot) cannot be altered, so it is effectively a 'one size fits all' scenario. Probably not the answer you wanted, but at least it will mean you don't have to keep on looking for a way to do it.
