I have designed a component and PCB using V14 and now need to change the component slightly using V15
I have 4 circles in the dimensions layer in the component that are not transfering to the PCB when updating the component.

Changing the circles to silk screen does transfer the circles.

Is there a reason why in V15 that the dimension layer is not compatable between V14 and V15.

I sometimes have an issue with components and it is usually because the layer names are different or not in the design.

check that the layer that is not appearing actual exists in the design
