I am really pleased with a new feature in V15.

I would like to ask for the hint how to create fiducial mark spanning all layers.

Many thanks

I have just tried to create new fiducial mark componenet. I found it very easy to make using wonderful align feature.

I created two circles 3mm and 8mm dia one horisontal line one vertical line, selected all shapes and use align centre then align middle and you end up with two concentric circles with a croshair through the middle.

Then you select all again and duplicate all as many times as many layers you want to place them into placing them away from each other.
then you select individual duplicated items and use propety to change the layers.
After you place them all to individual layers select them all ad hitalign centre then align middle and you have them all on top of each other .

How did you handle this component so it won't put solderresist on top of fiducial?

You can add a filled shape (a circle for example) to your fiducial symbol on the Solder Resist layer. This will get plotted on the solder resist artwork thus creating a round 'window' in the resist.

Best not to put solder paste down on the Fiducial as well as the large solder resist "window".
