Hi,

Just ran the Bill Of Materials on the finalised design.

Is ti possible to provide a list of total coponents - currently if you have 10 specific capacitors, you get 10 entries.

Can Easy-PC provide totals such tha the Capacitor type is listed once with 10 as the total throughout the design.

I list all my created components using the manufacturers part code - so i can cross reference with franell or RS the costs.

Yes you can .... it is a new feature in V14, I can't remember how you do it but I think there are notes in the help file.

Thanks - i checked the help file, but this did not ..... help.

I realised that if you use the text file option rather than the CSV option, this completes the task.

Open Help.
Search for 'Custom Reports'.
Scroll down to 'Collating Coulumns'.
This shows you to how to do BOMs.
