 cannot install EasySpice

We had version 11 upgraded from ver 9 and everything worked fine until this morning. EasyPC would hang at the splash screen. We uninstalled everything and when we tried to reinstall EasyPC it hangs at 100% and then tells us we need version 9 or higher to install EasyPC???

How can we get this installed again?

This sounds like a known problem with some older versions of Easy-Spice 2. Please email support, quoting your customer reference number, and a fresh download (without the problem) will be arranged.
