This forum is normally checked regularly for new posts between the normal UK working hours of 9am to 5.30pm on weekdays. That's GMT in winter and BST in summer. The only exception to this is on statutory holidays in England, and during our annual Christmas shutdown, for the whole week between Christmas and New Year.
You might get an administrator looking in outside these hours, but it's likely to be on an ad-hoc basis.
