Hi all

I was wondering if you could help me change/improve my techniques for routing PCB

Here it is for 2 layers board:
-I first place the components while reading the schematic (dual screen is quite useful)

-rearrange the components (very long task)

-check if the auto router can route everything with really small track and spacing settings
if no -> rearange the component again
if yes -> start the manual routing

-manual routing
*start with the buses
*route the tracks using only top coper for horizontal track and botom coper for vertical
*route the power supplies
*auto route the rest...

-fatten all the tracks
-correct drc errors
-do a "smooth all tracks"
-mitre all tracks (round or angled)
-check visual on 3D view
-add signature and info
-have a pint

Did I do anything wrong in here? any suggestion? any ideas??

No, sounds pretty good, but you might find it a little faster if you first drew a board outline, then used 'Autoplace Components' to give a rough first position. Any critical stuff can then be fixed in position, and autoplace re-run to improve things. It will still need a lot of manual repositioning/fine tuning, but at least you'll know that the tracking should be reasonable.
