Not strictly to do with Easy-PC, but Microsoft have been doing a lot of tinkering recently, including removing Wordpad, cluttering the working area of Paint with sliders, and more. Don't be put off by the name. This site DOES have classic games, but it's also got copies of the traditional utilities that WON'T be overwritten by updates:
