I have come across an issue while creating a connector symbol which has a mounting lug. I believe there is no way to create a mounting hole for a symbol, except for creating a pad with no annular ring, and setting its number to be the last in the sequence. As per: https://www.numberone.com/faq?29

This isn't usually an issue, except in this case I am using the connector for power, and I need to use guard spacing to ensure no flashover will occur. Annoyingly, the connector (Molex Mini-Fit Max) has the lug between (but offset) pins 1 and 2, and EasyPC is flagging pad-pad errors because of this.

Is there a way (other than ignoring the error) around this?

So I'm guessing there is no solution or workaround to this?

I did think that maybe having the final pad (mounting hole) set as un-plated would stop the errors, but that hasn't helped either.
