If you mange to hide most or even all of your nets, it's not obvious how to restore visibility.
Go to [Settings], [Nets], and in the column marked 'Show Conne(ctions)' (probably partly hidden), double click on a 'No' box and change it to 'Yes'. Now right click on this box, and select 'Apply to Column'. Click on [OK] and you'll have a full set of connections again.
