Unable to use add dimension

Trying to use 'add dimension' - nothing happens. Version 25.0.2 Win 7 64bit. Any settings changed since V 24 etc?

No problem here on Version 25.0.2 Win 7 Pro 64bit.
Wonder if it's a layer/visibility issue with your design?

Display (Rainbow icon) => Settings and Highlights then bottom left hand corner of first column check if Dimensions ticked/enabled.

Thanks. That did it. I have used dimensions many times before but never knew it could be switched off. As soon as I switched it on all my attempts appeared on the artwork. I tried to find information on Saturday but I couldn't log in to Numberone to access the manual.
