This does sound like a bug. Have you tried this on another project in case it's a local issue? (Don't save the trial project to avoid really changing it!). If it's just one project, please email a copy to the support desk so it can be investigated. If it's happening on more than one project, then it will be a bug, so drop a note here to let other users know
