Try downloading the files from Microsoft or Downloading Visual Studio (latest version). Beware of downloading them from other sources as they may be full of nasties! See also Number One Systems FAQ 'Installation... - Missing File - MFC100.DLL' .

I've arranged for a fresh (V22.0.1) download link to be sent. Running this without uninstalling first will bring up (amongst others) a 'Repair' option. This will reinstate all the program files, plus any standard files which were part of the original installation. I expect this to resolve the problem.
