Hi,

Just playing around with the panelizing option. This works nice.

My PCB production firm aks for a scoring layer (or a milling layer). Is there some way to create that automatic when creating a panelized pcb output?

No, not directly, but you can add milling information to your pcb. One of the best ways to do this is using an inner layer of type 'Silk Screen'. This would be reproduced as a Gerber plot, which you could then include in the panelisation.
