This sounds like an issue that was recently reported to us by another user, for which we now have a fix waiting to go into the next patch.
Anyone who is experiencing this problem with V19 and would like a solution before the next patch is issued should email our support team (support@numberone.com) and request this fix. You will be sent a link to download a small Zip of some program modules you can use to replace/update the ones you already have installed.
If this turns out not to resolve your problem, then please report it with the relevant data to our support team and we will investigate further.
