Hi. If I have a copper pour connected to ground, is it possible to make it ignore certain ground connected pins?

If you multiple select (left click) all the Ground pins you do not want to be connected to the Ground plane, then,-
right click => Properties
Middle of new box shows "Plane Conneection",-
Select "Isolate from Plane"
Then (re-)flood your Ground plane and connect these pins manually to wherever they have to go to ensure net connectivity.
