I am trying to import old standard Gerber files and updating their associated D codes manually. With standard Gerber import I can successfully update all the Pad "D codes" and all the appropriate pads are updated to the new style.

However, if I do exactly the same thing with Intelligent Gerber import, only 1 pad of each style is updated, the remaining pads stay at default style i.e. unmodified.

The "track styles" updated correctly with both apps.
