Is there any way of automatically adding the PCB construction into the layer information and producing a stack-up item for adding to the documentation in the same way that drill hole information is added.
In other packages you can specify the prepreg/core thickness for matched impedance PCB's but I can not find how to do this in EZPC.

No, this isn't a feature which is currently supported, but you could identify the relevant layers by adding text callouts to show the specific information.

There is a layer stack output which can be placed on a layer (I changed the original to a documentation layer) but it does not allow the thicknesses of the copper and cores to be added.

There is nothing like that, (that I am aware of)

We usually check what the standards are from our PCB manufacturer and use that in our designs. The information could obviously be sent to the manufacturer in supporting documentation.
