Posted - 07 Jan 2011 : 10:46:14 Is there any way of automatically adding the PCB construction into the layer information and producing a stack-up item for adding to the documentation in the same way that drill hole information is added. In other packages you can specify the prepreg/core thickness for matched impedance PCB's but I can not find how to do this in EZPC. |

Posted - 22 Feb 2011 : 11:07:22 No, this isn't a feature which is currently supported, but you could identify the relevant layers by adding text callouts to show the specific information. |

Posted - 07 Jan 2011 : 12:09:59 There is a layer stack output which can be placed on a layer (I changed the original to a documentation layer) but it does not allow the thicknesses of the copper and cores to be added. |

We usually check what the standards are from our PCB manufacturer and use that in our designs. The information could obviously be sent to the manufacturer in supporting documentation.
