I am having 2 value positions on pcb symbols.
One is the standard value position, the second one an additional one which contains the value.
When printing the PCB silkscreen I want to be able to select betwen 2 variants: One with only references, one with only values.

Is there any way to do this ?

You could create a separate layer for the Value (call it assembly layer for example), this does mean that on each component you need to modify it so the value is placed on the new layer, but you need to modify standard components to add the extra value.

You can print out this layer for your own use or manufacturer and the silkscreen can be output as a gerber for board manufacture.

I use separate layers to place drafting lines to help with component alignment to front panels etc. and for producing mecanical drawings.
