What setting do I need to change to increase the gap between the copper pour and components not attached to the pour Net.

The gerber shows a smaller gap than Easy PC.

Thanks

I prefer to use the free ViewMate from Pentalogix,-

http://www.pentalogix.com/viewmate.php

but there is also a free Gerber viewer "DFM Now" (download from RS wbsite) and "GCPreview".

Thanks edrees. Thats were I was going wrong, I was changing the pad sizes in design tech spacing.

I am using Gerberlogix which shows the diagonal gaps OK but horizontal and vertical gaps are smaller. By half.

This is the second program I have used that shows the gerber incorrectly.

What's the best viewer to use?

Settings=>Design Tech=>Spacings.

Change value of Shapes to what you require wrt other items.
However, I'm surprised that Gerbers are inconsistent with EasyPC.
