When I run the back annotation from menu tools I always get the following message:

The PCB design has no renames to back annotate

I have added some new traces to PCB and want Easy-PC to back annotate. What is wrong?

Kind regards,

Daniel Hodali

By 'Back Annotation' we mean exactly that, passing back changes in 'annotation' i.e. names. You are right that we don't currently have full backwards ECO where the PCB is considered the 'master' and the schematic is updated to match.

So we can conclude that Easy-PC doesn't support fully back annotation.

Kind regards,

Back annotation is when you re-reference your components ... ie you changed R6 to be R56 etc
