I find it easier to get the silkscreen for the solder side (and sometimes the layout too) looking neat if I can view the PCB as seen from the solder side.

At present I'm writing gerbers and then mirroring in Viewmate, but it would be nice if this could be done in EPC.

If this facility exists already please tell me where it is!

I now use 3D view to fulfil this need and I'm very pleased with the result.

You don't even need to creat 3D shapes for all components, but I've gone and done that anyway.

You can always print the bottom layer with the mirror tick-box checked.

Does not exist directly, but I agree it would be very handy ....
