I have been fattening tracks and am now getting T-P and T-T errors where there should be none. I have set all spacings to 0.2mm but am getting DRC errors with 0.3mm track to pad spacing on the 0V net. Anyone come across this problem before?

Spot on Peter. That's what it was. Thanks.

Have you looked at [Settings], [Nets] to check whether any of the nets have a non-zero guard spacing?

The commonest reason for apparently wrong errors is because a guard spacing has been introduced which increases all required clearances for the affected net by the amount set. It's cumulative as well, so if it's set on two or more nets, the likelihood of errors increases significantly!
