How can I import PCB files originally created from Pads (Mentor Graphics)? I don't want to import the gerber files because I lose the netlist information. If I can't do it with your tool is there a third party tool that does the conversion?

There's no route to import files in native PADS formart into Easy-PC. direct import isn't supported, and there are no third party utilities. Gerber import is essentially the only route for pcb files.

Pulsonix, the corporate level package usually regarded as Easy-PC's 'big brother' will import PADS files, but there is a considerable cost penalty involved in upgrading.
