Version 11.0.6
Define a routing area on a PCB as a "keep out" for tracks and vias. Now copy or duplicate the area and the "keep out" for both tracks and vias get changed to "keep in". I would expect these properties to be copied over.

The way this defaults is that the first routing area on a plane is a keep in, whilst a second nested one becomes a keep out, as that's the intuitive way you would expect it to behave. As the copied area is probably the first one on the new layer, it's reverting to the default setting.

I'll log this as a bug.
