Whilst it's easy to copy the track pattern as a "Top Silk" layer, and add it to the top of a PCB, this would be copied as a solid white pattern, what I'd like is for the pattern to be applied as a stipple of fine dots, so the reference numbers and other data can be added on top as solid white!
Is it possible to either do this, or consider it as a future feature please?

Output->DXF Export Select mm as units, and check only top copper. Choose a suitable export name and make sure you know where it lands.
File->Import Find the file you just saved. Import lines as solid, shapes etc as hollow. Check align origins.
A pretty picture of the tracks appears on the top silk screen. If you've got the units, layers, or origin wrong it appears somewhere else or the wrong size!
Perhaps repeat for bottom silk screen if you want that too.
