Posted - 13 Mar 2007 : 09:30:57 When I use the 3D view on fine pitch SMT chips it does not make it look like a black chip with legs. I just get a square block floating above the area. Same with my 0402 resistors, they don't look like a resistor like the 0603 or 0805 parts do.

Posted - 15 Mar 2007 : 05:51:26 The best way to sort this out, is to email support at numberone.com a simple PCB file with the components that aren't working, plus all the .PKG files from your library folder. We would then be able to advise you further on what might be going wrong.
