Hi,

I know that Design Spark is the RS product developed by WestDev ??? or other - essntially a variation on Easy-PC.

Mouser has in collaboration with National Instruments produced multisim Blue which seems to be a Schematic/PCB system, but with the added benefit of simulation.

This software can be downloaded for free.

http://www.mouser.com/multisimblue/support/

•All-in-one tool, including schematic capture, simulation, PCB layout & BOM
•Over 100,000 of the industry's leading manufacturer components built-in
•Faster and more advanced autorouter

•Newest components from Mouser included with parts database updates
•Supports unlimited board size and up to 64 layers
•Functional simulation of linear circuits using the Berkeley SPICE Engine
•FREE

Not read the fine print, but a simulation option does set this offering as a package apart from the others.

I used to own Ultimate package - which is now owned by National Instuments - as such i expect this package Multisim Blue to be on par with that bespoke software but with reduced functionality as per Design Spark, but it does have a simulation package.

Will Numbr One be responding with the potential to integrate with a Simulation package - perhaps B2Spice ?

Regards,

Richard.
