Posted - 21 Jun 2013 : 10:16:42 Hi, I am new EasyPC designer and looking for basic features of the design. 1. How can I get the cross referencing across multiple design sheets. 2. How to search a net name /component reference designator in the schematics.
I know that I can search the net /component on individual page.
Thanks |

Posted - 21 Jun 2013 : 13:39:37 We don't actually have anything at the moment that will display on the design a list of pages on which a net appears. This is on our 'wish list'.
If you can't see the 'all project' option on the popup menu then I wonder if your schematic sheets actually belong to a Project file?

Posted - 21 Jun 2013 : 13:32:20 Thank you for the info. I was looking for the cross referencing (and this is helpful when design size is big) of the net while it can display the page number. I am not able to search the net unless I open the schematic page (and hence search becomes localized to this page). I do not get any option "search all project" I am using Easy-PC Version 16.0.6. |

Posted - 21 Jun 2013 : 11:55:59 When you have multiple sheets in a project, adding a named net on one of the sheets should make it available in the others.
For finding nets, you can use the Goto bar, you just need to make sure you check the 'Search All Project' option on the right-click popup menu in the bar. It should then show you the nets on all sheets not just the current one.

Rename the net(s) in each page to be the same
