When using the integrity check it tells me that the PCB has renames and I must do a back annotate to schematic. I have not renamed anything. It also asks if I want to continue with the check and when I do it says the schematic and PCB are the same.
I wanted to change a net name but I cannot do it because of this problem. Is this just another fault that has slipped through the net?

Just click back annotation and click to remove all renames and everything will be fine. Not a V16 thing, just one of these funnies that can happn.
