Dear Support,
I have been having trouble with my pc of late and ran a virus and malware tracer program on my system.
Are you aware that c:\program files\number one systems\easy-pc\readsystemid.exe reported a trojan called Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.btrp in it?

Hi Sorry for the late reply.
I had a lot of problems with McAfee and replaced it with Kaspersky.
I believe this issue was with McAfee

I'm not aware of this happening, but we have in the past found several of our files flagged as 'false positive' by various anti-virus packages. Can you tell me which package you are using that reports this error?
