We have a new release Upgrade soon Upgrade time extended and yesterday - you asked about our products - did you want to buy one?
Right now I'm still annoyed that you sold me one and then released a new version just a few weeks later and asked me to buy the upgrade.
At least one other company I use provides free lifetime upgrades. This makes the above situation even more irritating.
It would be nice if your marketing teams at least knew I've already bought in.
There really isn't any need to keep spamming my mailbox.
I love your product - please try to love your users

please accept our apologies for what you feel is inappropriate marketing. If you email your details to sales@numberone.com and ask to be removed from the mailing list, we can certainly do that.
