Hi,

I have loaded V13 onto a PC - since the laptop is broken. I have found that i have had to convert the V12 to a V13 file.

Are we allowed two copies on different machines as long as one is only being used at one time ?. (sometimes work downstairs in front of the TV).

I accidentally clicked the "Integrity Check" from the Tools menu - and since th PCB file could not be opened, received an unrecoverable error, and program exits. I thought this may be a bug ???.

Regards,

Richard.

Hi David,

Thanks - i checked the adobe release note - but did this quickly, so could not see the fix. Have installed the update and no problems now.

Only use one at a time - laptop for schematic entry, main machine for PCB routing etc.

Thanks.

Regards,

Richard.

You can indeed load the software on two machines, as long as you are definitely only using one copy at a time (like one at work and one at home).

That crash with Integrity Check is listed as fixed in the latest 13.0.2 update, so I'm hoping you just need to update your installation to that version. If you are already running 13.0.2 and still get the problem, drop a line to support@numberone.com with the relevant details and we'll investigate further.
