Another suggestion

Can you folks consider adding th ecancel function to the right click menu. That would be helpful when trying to unselect a part in a tigh area.

Also could the escape key also cancel a part selection?

Tim,

There is a 'Deselect' command on the right-button menu in the normal select mode. This unselects any selected items. Is this what you are looking for?
