Hi!

A quickie one - can a title block/border be added to a PCB layout
view for printing in a project report/service manual or other
type of documentation - e.g. Word or Publisher file?

Does Easy PC have an wmf/emf export facility that can be used
to add these views to other types of document?

There's no explicit title block or border for this in the libraries, but you can cheat. Add one to a schematic, export as DXF, then import the DXF into your pcb design.

If you look at [Settings], [Preferences], you'll find options on the 'Interaction' tab to export screen grabs in wmf format.
