I have couple of designs where NextPCB are unable to determine the board size from the loaded.zip file. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Running a second plot for the just outline and then zipping it together with the first plot appears to be the solution. Thanks for your help which is much appreciated.

Never used NextPCB, but some on-line proto fab outlets need a pcb outline Gerber (with nothing else shown). You can add this file in the Plotting dialogue and just tick pcb outline for this plot.
